摘要
目的:分析大羽鳞毛蕨的挥发性成分。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术首次对大羽鳞毛蕨的挥发性成分进行分析和鉴定。色谱柱为HP-5MS石英弹性毛细管柱(30.0m×250μm×0.25μm),载气为高纯氦气(99.999%),流速为1.0mL·min-1,进样口温度为250℃,程序升温;电离方式为EI源,电离能量为70eV,离子源温度为250℃,四极杆温度为150℃,质量扫描范围为30~440amu。结果:从大羽鳞毛蕨根中鉴定出了24个化合物,占根中挥发性成分的97.06%;从其叶中鉴定出了43个化合物,占叶中挥发性成分的88.46%。根和叶有20个共有成分。结论:壬醛有可能是大羽鳞毛蕨的主要香气成分,2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚有可能是大羽鳞毛蕨中主要活性成分。
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the volatile constituents in Dryopteris bodinieri.METHODS:GC-MS was used to analyze and identify the volatile constituents in D.bodinieri for the first time.HP-5 MS fused-silica capillary column(30.0 m×250 μm×0.25 μm) was used with high pure helium(99.999%) as carrier gas,programmed temperature,at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and injection temperature of 250 ℃.EI source was applied with electron energy of 70 eV,ion source temperature of 250 ℃,quadropole temperature of 150 ℃,mass scan range of 30~440 amu.RESULTS:24 compounds were identified from the volatile constituents in the roots of D.bodinieri,accounting for 97.06% of volatile constituents;43 compounds from the leaves,accounting for 88.46%.There were 20 same compounds.CONCLUSION:Nonanal may be the main fragrance constituents and butylated hydroxytoluene may be the active compound of D.bodinieri.
