全自动摆药机在我院中成药调剂中的应用

Application of Automatic Dispensing Machine in Chinese Patent Medicine Dispensing of Our Hospital

目的:实现中成药调剂自动化,为摆药机在中药房的推广提供参考。方法:介绍我院全自动口服药品摆药机的主要构造、工作流程,并将摆药机模式与传统手工摆药模式进行比较,分析其优缺点及常见问题,探讨其对药师及药品管理工作提出的新要求。结果:摆药机的应用可提高中成药的摆药速度和准确性,缩短护士领药时间,改善卫生状况,减少药品污染。结论:全自动口服药品摆药机的应用有助于提高医院的药学服务水平。

OBJECTIVE：To realize automation of Chinese patent medicine dispensing and provide reference for the promotion of automatic dispensing machine in TCM pharmacy.METHODS：The main structure and running procedure were introduced,automatic dispensing machine was compared with traditional dispensing model to analyze the advantages and disadvantages and common problems,and the demands towards pharmacists and drug administration were investigated.RESULTS：The automatic dispensing machine could enhance the speed and accuracy of Chinese patent medicine dispensing,shorten waiting time of taking medicine,improve sanitary condition and decrease pollution of medicine.CONCLUSION：The application of automatic dispensing machine is beneficial to improve hospital pharmaceutical care.
