摘要
[目的]通过正交试验筛选木霉菌孢子滴丸的最佳制备工艺。[方法]以基质类型与其质量比、孢子悬液体积与基质质量比和药液温度为3个分析因素,设计3个不同配比水平的正交试验,以成型效果和生物活性等6项指标为评判标准检验制备效果。[结果]不同组合的制备工艺效果不同。[结论]以PEG2000+PEG4000(质量比1∶1)为基质,药液温度为55℃,冷凝剂温度为0℃,木霉孢子悬液与滴丸成型基质比例为2∶10(mL/g),制备的滴丸在外观成型上具有最好的效果;木霉孢子悬液与滴丸成型基质比例为1∶10(mL/g)时,生物活性达到最优。
[Aims] Trichoderma spore drop-pills molding technics was optimized by orthogonal experiment.[Methods] Experiment was designed according three levels and factors,as proportion both types and weight of matrix,proportion both weight of matrix and volume of spore liquid,and liquid temperature.Preparative effect was inspected with 6 test standards such as molding shape and biotic-control activity,etc.[Results] Preparative effect showed obvious diversity.[Conclusions] The best technics condition was PEG2000+PEG4000(1∶1),the liquid temperature 55 °C and the condensing agent temperature 0 °C.When the proportion of Thichoderma spore liquid and matrix was 2∶10,the drop-pills had the best molding shape.When the proportion of Thichoderma spore liquid and matrix was 1∶10,the drop-pills had the best biotic-control activity.
