总结了文献报道的噻虫嗪及其中间体的合成工艺路线和具体的合成方法。噻虫嗪是由关键中间体3-甲基-4-硝基亚氨基全氢化-1,3,5-二嗪与不同取代的5-氯甲基噻唑进行反应得到的,主要有2条工艺路线。
The synthetic method and detailed process of thiamethoxam and its intermediates reported in the literature were summarized.There were two different process to synthesis thiamethxoam.It was prepared by the reaction of 3-methyl-4-nitroiminoperhydro-1,3,5-oxadiazine with different substituted 5-chloromethylthiazoles.
