摘要
提出一种方法 ,将气体激光器的内腔作为颗粒注入区 ,利用气体激光器的内腔功率谱密度远大于腔外的特点 ,结合先进的激光散射理论 ,对空气中的颗粒进行计数和粒径分档 .实践证明 ,该方法对较小粒径的颗粒检测非常有效 .
A new method was proposed.The open\|cavity of laser device was regarded as the particle injecting area,because the power density inside the laser device was much larger than that of outside.Combining with the advanced light scattering theory, the particles in the air can be counted and classified.This method was verified by experiments and the results showed that it is very effective in the detections of small particles.
