摘要
目的筛选出新疆天然植物中金属硫蛋白(metallothionein,MT)含量高的部分植物,为进一步综合开发利用新疆地产植物资源提供理论依据。方法采用镉-血红蛋白饱和法及火焰原子吸收(AAS)法对20种植物中MT含量和微量元素含量进行测定。结果 20种植物中均含有MT,其中巴楚蘑菇、油桃、黑种草及平菇4种植物提取液中含量较高。10种植物中微量元素铜、锌离子的含量与MT的含量有一定的相关性(P<0.05)。结论本次实验中测定的20种新疆地产植物均含有MT,其中巴楚蘑菇、黑种草、平菇、油桃的提取液中植物类MT含量较高。
Objective Filtering out some high content of metallothionein in the Xinjiang natural plant in oder to provide a basis for further comprehensive development of the use of property plant resources in Xinjiang.Methods We used cadmium-hemoglobin saturation method and flame atomic absorption(AAS) method to determine metallothionein(MT) content and trace elements in 20 kinds of plants.Results The 20 kinds of plants contained MT.Four kinds of plants had higher levels of MT which were the Bachu mushrooms,nectarines,black grass and oyster mushroom.The content of trace elements of Cu2+ and Zn2+ in 10 kinds of plants had a certain degree of correlation with MT(P0.05).Conclusion All Xinjiang estate plant measured in this experiment contained MT.The extract of Bachu mushroom,black grass,mushroom and nectarine have a higher content of plant MT.
