隔物灸预防腹腔镜胆囊切除术后恶心呕吐的临床研究

Clinical study of sandwiched moxibustion to prevent postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的探讨隔物灸预防腹腔镜胆囊切除术后恶心、呕吐的临床疗效。方法将110例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者随机分为两组,试验组给予中脘穴、双侧足三里穴和内关穴隔药饼后用灸疗贴治疗,对照组仅给予术后常规护理。记录两组患者术后恶心、呕吐的分级评分情况,并对干预治疗后的效果进行评价。结果试验组恶心、呕吐发生率为22.64%(12/53),较对照组的41.82%(23/55)明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中脘穴、双侧足三里穴和内关穴给予隔物灸治疗可以明显降低腹腔镜胆囊切除术后恶心、呕吐的发生率。

Objective To investigate clinical effects of sandwiched moxibustion on postoperative nausea and vomiting（PONV） in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total 110 postoperative patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomized divided into sandwiched moxibustion group and control group.The degree of nausea and vomiting was recorded to assess the clinical effects of two groups.Result In the sandwiched moxibustion group,the clinical symptoms were obviously abated.The incidence of nausea and vomiting in sandwiched moxibustion group and control group was 22.64% and 41.82%,respectively.There were significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The application of sandwiched moxibustion through Zhongwan,Zusanli and Neiguan acupuncture point for patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy has a sound effect to prevent postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
