新疆某三甲医院住院病人二类精神药品的使用情况分析

Usage analysis on two kind psychotropic drugs in a hostipal of Xinjiang

目的分析住院患者二类精神药品的使用情况,促进合理用药。方法根据2012年1-3月住院药房配发的二类精神药品的数据,并分别按照性别、年龄、药品使用情况进行统计分析。采用用药频度(DDDs)和药品利用指数(DUI)进行合理用药评价。结果二类精神药品的使用情况:女性多于男性(女性占54%);年龄≥65岁的老年人使用最多(25.54%),其次是中年人(21.24%);处方以阿普唑仑片使用最多,DDDs值最高,其次是氯硝西泮片。苯巴比妥钠针剂的DUI>1、曲马多针剂和片剂的DUI>1,咪达唑仑注射液DUI>1。结论住院病人二类精神药品的使用情况基本合理。临床医师能根据患者的具体情况合理选择应用。

Objective To analyze on two kind psychotropic drugs usage of the patients in our hospital and promote rational use of drugs.Methods According to inpatient pharmacy dispensing data of two kind psychotropic drugs in our hospital from 2012 January to March,the data were analyzed according to sex,age,drugs usage and using DDDs（DDDs） and drug utilization index（DUI） of rational drug use evaluation.Results The two kinds psychotropic drugs usage： females were more than males（54.00% female）;most elderly group（25.54%）,followed by a middle-aged man（21.24%）;prescribe alprazolam tablets using DDDs straight up,the highest,followed by chlorine nitrate west of pantoprazole tablet,in addition,phenobarbital sodium injection DUI1,tramadol injection and tablet DUI1,midazolam injection DUI1.Conclusion Two kinds psychotropic drug usage of inpatients in our hospital is reasonable.The clinician can choose reasonable application according to the specific circumstances of the patients.
