摘要
目的探讨人文关怀在门诊小儿包皮环切手术中的应用效果。方法对2010年1月-2012年4月在苏州大学附属第一医院门诊实施的143例包皮环切的患儿实施人文关怀的措施及效果进行总结和分析。结果 143例均顺利完成手术,手术时间为25～40min,术中90%(129/143)的患儿情绪稳定,主动配合医生完成手术,10%(14/143)的患儿出现了哭闹情绪,但均未影响手术进行。家长护理满意度达到98.60%。结论人文关怀可减轻患儿焦虑、恐惧的心理,使其主动配合手术,对手术的成功具有重要作用。
Objective To explore the effects of humanistic care in the process of circumcision operation on pediatric patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of humanistic care on 143 patients who received circumcision operation in outpatient of the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from Januarg 2010 to March 2012.Results All the operations were successfully done,with an average duration from 25 min to 40 min.90% of children with emotional stability during surgey,they cooperated with doctors well.10% of the patients had an unpleasant feeling,and the degree of satisfaction was up to 98.6%.Conclusion Application of humanistic care in circumcision operation＇s patients throughout the nursing process can make reduce anxiety,fear and take the initiative with the operation.It is crucial for the entire success of the operation.
