Author introduces the various existing treatment technology for the leachate from municipal refuse landfill. Based on the analysis, the author suggests new type treatment technology which is composed of back-permeate, conventional treatment technology, and membrane separation. This article also analyses characteristics,investment and operation cost of the new process.
