高等职业院校可持续发展空间拓展的思考——兼论高等职业教育生源变化的应对策略

Reflection on the Expansion of Sustainable Development Space of Vocational Colleges——Concurrently Discuss Countermeasures of the Enrollment Change of Higher Vocational Education

高职院校生源危机已是不争的事实,应对生源变化、拓展发展空间时不我待。高职院校在提高质量,争创特色,打造现代意义高职品牌的基础上,要将以学历教育为主,向稳定学历教育、大力发展非学历教育的空间拓展;将强调"高等"职业教育为主,向强调"高中后"职业教育为主的空间拓展;将以"全日制"培养为主,向"课堂学习"与"网络学习"结合的空间拓展;将"职业资格证书"为学历教育服务(双证书),向"职业资格证书"为全体就业者服务的空间拓展;将教育为人的"发展"服务,向教育为人的"发展"和"生活"服务空间拓展。

The crisis of enrollment of vocational colleges is an indisputable fact. It is high time to face the enrollment change and expand the development space. Vocational colleges should change from the state of having diploma education as the main body to the state of stabilizing diploma education and simultaneously energetically developing non-diploma education on the basis of enhancing the quality, striving for unique features and building a modem brand of higher vocational education. They should change from the state of having the ＂higher＂ vocational education as the main body to the state of emphasizing ＂post-high school＂ vocational education. They should change from the state of having ＂full-time＂ education as the main body to the state of combing ＂classroom learning＂ and ＂network learning＂. They should change from the state of ＂vocational qualification certificate＂ serving the diploma education （double certificates, meaning diploma and vocational qualification certificate） to the state of ＂vocational qualification certificate＂ serving all the employees. They should also change from the state of educating students for their ＂development＂ to the state of educating students for both their ＂development＂ and ＂life＂.
