厦门市民办高职院校师资队伍建设实证调查

Empirical Investigation of Teaching Staff Construction in Private Vocational Colleges of Xiamen City

目前,从民办高职院校师资来源、教师年龄结构、学历结构、职称结构、对"双师型"教师的重视程度、教师培训的种类等方面的调查数据可以看出,民办高职院校师资培训体系建设具有很大的必要性与紧迫性。究其原因,主要在于民办院校节省运营成本的考虑,政府和社会提供民办高职院校教师进修培训的机会少,民办高职院校教师课业压力大等方面。针对这些情况,从政府和学校两个层面提出建议。

At present, from the survey data such as the source of teachers, the structure of teachers＇ age, academic qualifications and professional titles, the degree of importance attached to dual-qualified teachers and the type of teacher training, we can find that there is the necessity and urgency in the construction of teacher-training system for private vocational colleges. The cause analyses mainly lie in private colleges who try to save operational cost considerations, in fewer chances provided to teacher training by the government and the community, and in teachers＇ academic pressures. According to the analyses, suggestions are made from two aspects in terms of the government and the colleges.
