摘要
针对目前广州电网将基于变电站独立控制模式的电压无功控制(voltage quality control,VQC)系统改造成自动电压控制(automatic voltage control,AVC)系统的问题,介绍了AVC系统的控制原理、控制模式、无功控制策略及AVC系统在广州电网的建设思路、运行效果、应用特点和使用中发现的问题,分析影响AVC系统可靠性的关键技术,对研究城市电网的自动电压控制方案具有借鉴意义。
Aiming at problem of transforming the voltage quality control system based on independent substation control mod- el into automatic voltage control system, this paper introduces control principles of AVC system, control model, quality con- trol strategy and problems existing in establishing ideas, operation effect, application characteristic and use of AVC system in Guangzhou power grid, analyzes key technology which may affect reliability of AVC system and provides reference signif- icance for research on automatic voltage control scheme for city power grid.
