摘要
设计一种立锥式花生脱壳装置,其关键部件主要由脱壳锥滚筒和锥筒凹板筛组成,锥滚筒与锥筒凹板筛以一定的角度配合作用以达到脱壳的目的。对该脱壳装置的锥滚筒、锥筒凹板筛、传动系统和附件进行详细设计,得出各部件的参数方案,并对整机关键部件及附件进行加工。为花生脱壳机的进一步研制和参数优化提供数据支撑。
A vertical cone peanut sheller is designed whose key parts are composed of shelling tapered roller and intaglio screen. The major two parts coordinate so as to achieve the task of shelling. Detailed design of tapered roller, intaglio screen, transmission system and accessory is conducted and parameter scheme of each part is obtained. The key parts of the machine and accessory are processed so as to provide reference for the further design and optimization of the parameters.
