摘要
目的研究柴胡注射液对脂多糖(LPS)诱导的雄性SD大鼠实验性发热模型的解热作用。方法腹腔注射(iP)LPS(100μg/kg)建立大鼠发热模型,考察柴胡注射液(5、2.5、1.25 mL/kg)对该发热模型大鼠体温的影响,记录给药后0.5、1、1.5、2、2.5、3、3.5、4、4.5、5、5.5、6、6.5、7、8h各组大鼠的体温,绘制平均升温曲线。结果腹腔注射LPS(100μg/kg)后,模型组大鼠呈明显的三相热,升温峰值(1.69℃)出现在造模后4 h;肌肉注射(im)柴胡注射液(5、2.5、1.25 mL/kg)能显著降低上述发热模型大鼠体温,持续时间为7~8 h;各时间点的平均升温值显示,柴胡注射液解热作用呈较好的剂量依赖性。结论柴胡注射液对LPS大鼠发热模型有良好的解热作用,其解热作用呈较好的剂量依赖性。
Objective To study the antipyretic effect of Chaihu Injection in rat model with experimental fever induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Methods The rat model of fever was established by intraperitoneal injection of LPS (100 p,g/kg). The influence of Chaihu Injection (5 mL/kg, 2.5 mL/kg and 1.25 mL/kg) on body temperature of model rats in all groups was observed, and recorded after injecting for0.5 h, 1 h, 1.5h,2h,2.5h,3 h,3.5h,4h,4.5h,5h,5.5h,6h,6.5h,7hand 8 h. The average heating curve was drawn. Results After intraperitoneal injection of LPS ( 100 μg/ kg) , the rats showed obvious three-phase fever and the heating peak value ( 1.69 ℃ ) appeared 4 hours after modeling. The intramuscular injection of Chaihu Injection ( 5 mL/kg, 2.5 mL/kg and 1.25 mL/ kg) decreased significantly the body temperature of rats and continued for 7 hours to 8 hours. The average heating values at different time points showed that the antipyretic effect of Chaihu Injection had a better dose dependence. Conclusion Chaihu Injection has a nice antipyretic effect in rat model with LPS-induced fever, and shows a better dose dependence.
