摘要
[目的 ]研究用于健康饮水生产的设备。 [方法 ]采用美国 Trisep公司的 NF1、 NF7和 ACM1膜组件对H市受生活污水污染的浅井水进行了深度处理的比较试验研究 ,对净水工艺流程进行了 Ames试验 ,色 -质联机分析、常规分析及 TOC的测定。 [结果 ]NF1、NF7和 ACM1膜组件都能很好去除致突物 ,膜产水 Ames试验结果为阴性 ;在 TOC的去除方面 ,NF1膜组件去除率为 93.9% ,NF7膜组件为 6 5 .5 % ,ACM1膜组件约为 10 0 % ;NF1、NF7以及 ACM1膜的脱盐率分别为 13.5 %、 86 .1%和 99.3%。 [结论 ]选择 NF1膜组件进行健康饮水的生产。
Objective]To study equipment for producing healthy water.[Methods]Comparative study on NF1,NF7 and ACM1 membrane module manufactured by Trisep corparation of USA,applied in the deep treatment of shallow well weater of H city polluted by domestic sewage was carried out,as well as the Ames test,GC MS analysis,convention analysis of water quality and the detection of total organic carbon (TOC) of the water samples collected from the producing process of water purification.[Results]The removal efficiency of mutagens were very high by NF1,NF7 and ACM1 membrane module.The mutageni city of finished water produced by membrane module showed negative.The removal efficiency of TOC was 93 9% by NF1 membrane module,35 5% by NF7 membrane module and 100% by ACM1 membrand module.The desalination rate of NF1,NF7 and ACM1 was about 13 5%,86.1% and 99.3% respectively.[Conclusion]The NF1 membrane module should be used for producing healthy drinking water.
