摘要
[目的 ]探讨钼对汞遗传毒性的影响。 [方法 ]观察采用腹腔注射钼酸钠和氯化汞联合染毒对小鼠骨髓多染红细胞微核率的影响。 [结果 ]连续 4天给小鼠注射 Hg Cl2 〔1.0 mg/ kg (bw)〕的同时注射 10、 10 0 mg/ kg(bw)〕的 Na2 Mo O4可显著降低 Hg Cl2 的致小鼠微核率 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;在 Hg Cl2 〔1.0 mg/ kg (bw)〕给小鼠染毒前 3天连续注射 10 0 mg/ kg(bw) Na2 Mo O4可显著地降低 Hg Cl2 所致微核率 ;在 Hg Cl2 〔1.0 mg/ kg(bw)〕给小鼠染毒后连续 3天注射 Na2 Mo O4,Hg Cl2 致微核率下降不显著 (P>0 .0 5 )。 [结论
Objective]To explore the antitoxic effects of molybdenum on genotoxicity of mercury [Methods]The micronucleus rates of bone merrow polychromatic erythrocytes (BWPCE) of mice jointly exposed to sodium molybdate(Na 2MoO 4) and mercuric chloride(HgCl 2) by intraperitoneal injection were determined [Results]The micronucleus rates of bone merrow polychromatic erythrocytes significantly decreased after 4 day continuous exposure to HgCl 2〔1 0 mg/kg(bw)〕,simultaneously added with different doses of Na 2MoO 4〔10 mg/kg(bw),100 mg/kg(bw) and 100 mg/kg(bw)〕 respectively ( P<0 001 ) The micronucleus rates of BMPCE of mice,with a 3 day continuous pretr eatment with 100 mg/kg(bw) Na 2MoO 4 before exposure to 1 0 mg/kg(bw) HgCl 2,significantly decreased No significant decrease of micronucleus rates of BMPCE was observed in mice with a 3 day continuous exposure to Na 2MoO 4 after pretreatment with 1 0 mg/kg(bw) HgCl 2 ( P>0 05 ) [Conclusion]Molybdenum presented antagonism on the genotoxicity of mercury
