Science and technology has created a sweet home for the human beings by correctly explaining and applying the essence and laws of the material world. At the same time, the ecological balance is broken, the negative effect of which is becoming more and more obvious. Blindly following the old tradition, putting special emphasis on multi-values and the structural differences are the historical, economical and epistemological reasons for the destruction of the ecological balance. Only by developing the economy and supplying a strong foundation and power for the complementarity between science and technology with the force of practice, can we solve the paradox and achieve a virtuous cycling of the science, technology and the ecological environment.
