摘要
远程泵浦光放大器(ROPA)系统已广泛应用于超长跨距光传输系统中。为设计最优系统结构,基于MATLAB GUI平台编写了ROPA结构设计模拟软件,其最大优点是在输入信号光与泵浦光波长和损耗系数、光传输线路总长及泵浦光功率等实际工程参数后,GUI能快速准确地设计出最佳远程增益单元(RGU)位置和RGU光路结构。
Remote optically pumped amplifier(ROPA) system has been widely used in ultra-long span optical transmission system.In order to design optimal system structure,ROPA structure design simulation software is developed on the basis of MATLAB GUI.Its biggest advantage is that actual engineering parameters as the signal and the pump wavelength and loss coefficient,optical transmission line length and pump power,the best RGU(Remote Gain Unit) position and RGU structure can be quickly and accurately designed.
