摘要
为了得到高双折射光纤受到的外界应力与相应产生的双折射之间的关系,提高测量系统的稳定性,通过对其应力元和光纤涂覆的弹性性能、泊松比、材料以及厚度加以分析研究。分析和数值仿真结果表明,具有理想弹性性能、小体积模量的足够厚涂覆层可以提高压力感生双折射。
In order to obtain the connection between ambient pressure subjected to highly birefringence fiber and corresponding stress-induced birefi'ingence, thus to improve the stability of measuring system, this paper analyses the Elastic Properties ,the Poisson's ratio, material and thickness of its stress-applying regions and surrounding cladding. The result of analysis and numerical result shows that cladding with desired Elastic Properties, small bulk modulus and enough thickness can enhance stress-induced birefringence.
