Analysis on State Farm's Secondary and Tertiary Industrial Structure Change in China during the Period of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan

"十一五"期间农垦经济取得了较快的增长速度,同时也带来了农垦产业结构的转变,完成了从一次产业为主向二次产业为主的转变,第二产业成为拉动农垦经济增长的重要力量。从分垦区情况来看,虽然在增长速度和产业结构上存在一定差异,但第二产业发展表现出较快速度,而第三产业发展则相对较为平缓,农垦第二、三产业发展不同程度都受到国际金融危机的影响。

During the period of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan,China's state farms economy has gotten rapid progress.At the same time,state farms industrial structure also changed,and finished the shift from the primary industry priority to the secondary industry priority.The secondary industry has become the important force driving the economic growth.From the appearance of the different reclamation areas,there also have difference on the growth rate and structure shift.However,the overall trend is that the secondary industry developed faster while the tertiary industry developed slower.
