摘要
我国高校对口支援政策出台10多年来,总体上得到了较好地贯彻和执行。但在具体执行过程中也局部出现消极、被动、执行效果偏离政策目标等政策失真现象,分析其成因,并针对性地采取解决措施,有助于政策失真的及时纠正,提高政策执行的成效。
The policy of counterpart assistance of Chinese universities has been implemented for more than 10 years. Overall, the policy has been carried out efficiently and effectively. However, there still exist predicament and deviation during policy implementation in some local areas. Analysis of causes and adoption of countermeasures will help to correct the deviation and guarantee the efficiency.
