摘要
本文通过对反映高职院校毕业生培养质量主要指标的技能水平与其获取的薪酬相关性分析,揭示两者之间目前不存在显著相关的事实,从另一个视角揭示职业教育发展中存在问题的要因,并提出问题解决的可行路径。
Through reflecting the correlation between skill levels, which is the main quality indicators of the vocational college graduates, and their payments, this paper finds that there is no remarkable correlation between them, from which we can describe the reasons of the problems existing in the development of vocational education from a new angle and try to offer the possible solutions accordingly.
