不含异黄酮的大豆蛋白及其酶解产物对喂食高脂饲料叙利亚金仓鼠脂质代谢的影响 被引量:1

Effects of isoflavone-poor soybean protein and its hydrolysates on lipid metabolism of Syrian golden hamsters with high-fat diet

摘要 以酪蛋白为对照,研究了不含异黄酮的大豆蛋白及其酶解产物对叙利亚金仓鼠脂质代谢的影响。结果表明:与对照组比较,不含异黄酮的大豆蛋白及其酶解产物分别使仓鼠的体重增加量降低了26.8%和16.8%;分别使仓鼠血浆中的极低密度脂蛋白含量显著降低了42%和51%;分别使仓鼠肝脏中的总胆固醇含量显著降低了33.7%和49%;分别使仓鼠肝脏中的胆固醇酯含量显著降低了39%和66%;分别使仓鼠粪便中的总脂肪含量显著增加96.3%和223%;分别使仓鼠粪便中的总胆汁酸含量显著增加了75%和42%。这表明不含异黄酮的大豆蛋白及其酶解产物具有调节仓鼠脂质代谢的生物活性。 The effects of isoflavone -poor soybean protein (SP) and SP hydrolysates (SPH) on lipid metabolism of Syrian golden hamsters fed with high fat diet were investigated using casein as control. The results showed that compared with the control group, SP and SPH decreased the body weight gains (26. 8% and 16. 8% ), the plasma very lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol contents(42% and 51% ), the hepatic total cholesterol contents (33.7% and 49% ) and the cholesterol ester contents (39% and 66% ) ; SP and SPH increased the fecal total fat contents (96.3% and 223% ) and the total bile acid contents (75% and 42% ). It demonstrated that SP and SPH had the hypocholesterolemic ability.
