摘要
我国磷脂资源丰富,但基本上用来做饲料磷脂,2010年美国嘉吉、ADM和中央大豆公司在我国市场上销售11 000 t左右浓缩磷脂,我国企业食品级磷脂的生产量很少,而且很难在市场上销售,分析其原因是我国没有食品级磷脂国家标准,企业无法得到生产许可证等,制约了我国食用磷脂的生产与开发。
China is rich in phospholipids resource, but it is basically used for feed phospholipid. Garge, ADM and Central Soybean company sold about 11 000 tons of phospholipid concentrate in Chinese market in 2010. Chinese enterprises produce little food grade phospholipid and are difficult to sell them. China has no national standard of food grade phospholipid, enterprises can not get food grade phospholipid production license which restricts the production and development of food grade phospholipid in China.
