摘要
通过研究中小企业信息化随着企业的成长而不断进化的特征,将中小企业的成长分为创业生存期、成长扩张期、创新发展期3个阶段,总结3个阶段信息化所对应的价值取向分别为工具取向、制度取向、文化取向,研究3个阶段所面临的信息化挑战,并提出相应的对策。以期为中小企业制定信息化战略提供参考,为政府制定中小企业信息化政策提供依据。
Based on the study of the characters that the informationization of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SMEs)evolve continuously with the growth of the enterprises,this article divides the growth of SMEs into 3 phases: survival phase,expansion phase and innovation phase.The value orientations of informationization in 3 phases can be summarized as tool orientation,institutional orientation and cultural orientation.The challenges from informationization in 3 phases are studied,and the corresponding countermeasures are presented.The article attempts to provide references for SMEs' formulation of informationization strategies,and provide basis for government's formulation of informationization policies for SMEs.
