摘要
论文被引次数指标被广泛应用于论文质量评价,其最大缺陷是将对同一篇论文的不同引用价值视为等同。文章采用变异系数法客观确定论文引文网络不同层次节点评价值,再通过各层次评价值逐层累加得到最后评价值,并通过具体实例进行了操作性说明。
Paper cited frequency index is widely used in the evaluation of the quality of paper,its biggest defect is that it regards the value of different citations of the same paper as the same.This paper uses the variation coefficient method to objectively determine the evaluation value of different level and node of paper citation network,and obtains the final evaluation value by accumulating the evaluation value of each level.The paper also uses some specific examples to make operational explanations.
