代谢型谷氨酸受体5亚型在成瘾药物中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 药物成瘾是以强迫用药为特征的慢性复发性脑疾病,其成瘾过程涉及到多个脑区以及脑区之间各种神经递质和受体的相互作用。谷氨酸(Glu)能神经元在药物成瘾中发挥着重要作用,其中代谢型谷氨酸受体5亚型(mGluR5)在各种药物滥用、觅药行为以及逆转因药物成瘾而导致的认知障碍中都有调节作用。
