综合干预在美沙酮社区药物维持治疗中的应用

THE IMPLICATION OF COMPREHENSIVE INTERVENTION IN THE COMMUNITY-BASED METHADONE MAINTENANCE TREATMENT

目的:探讨采取综合干预方法使美沙酮维持治疗患者保持率增加,降低脱失率。方法:调查对象选自北京市朝阳区第三医院社区药物维持治疗门诊自2008年12月开诊以来至2011年6月收治在治的115名美沙酮维持治疗患者。采用描述性研究及队列研究分析方法,对115例患者的综合干预活动及效果进行研究。结果:研究共调查115名美沙酮维持治疗患者,至研究结束时共计95名患者继续接受维持治疗,维持治疗率为82.61%。三次生存质量比较结果表明:综合干预美沙酮维持治疗12个月的患者生存质量较高,其次是综合干预美沙酮维持治疗6个月的患者,最后为综合干预美沙酮维持治疗<1个月的患者。通过首诊干预、进行小组活动及心理咨询提高了患者的认知水平,治疗依从性,改善了患者的心理健康状况。结论:综合干预提高了维持治疗患者的生存质量。

Objective： To discuss using comprehensive intervention method to increase the maintenance rete of MMT patients and reduce escaping rate. Methods：The 115 MMT patients selected from the third hospital community - based drug maintenance treatment clinic in Chaoyang District, Beijing, since December 2008 to June 2011. Using descriptive study and cohort study method, research on comprehensive intervention and its effects of 115 MMT patients. Results：There were 115 methadone maintenance treatment patients in the research at the beginning, and at the end of research, there were 95 patients in the treatment clinic. The maintenance rate was 82.61%. Three QOL compared results indicate that the life quality is the highest in the patients who accepted comprehensive intervented for 12 month, then for 6 month and for 1 month. Method by using first diagnosis intervention, group activity and psychological consultation, cognitive level and treatment compliance of the patients were raised, psychological health condition of the patients were improved. Concluson： Comprehensive intervention is benefit for life quality of MMT patients.
