自评Young氏网络成瘾诊断问卷中文版信效度的初步研究

RELIABILITY AND VALIDITY OF THE CHINESE VERSION OF SELF-RATING YOUNG'S DIAGNOSTIC QUESTIONNAIRE OF INTERNET ADDICTION:A PRELIMINARY STUDY

目的:评价目前国内通用的自评Young氏网络成瘾诊断问卷(IAD-DQ)中文版的信效度。方法:以医院为基础招募因网络使用相关问题而就诊的青少年患者和普通躯体疾病青少年为研究对象,由精神科副主任医师以IAD-DQ中文版的8项诊断标准为访谈提纲,通过访谈家长和青少年(金标准)确诊125例网络成瘾青少年和200例非网瘾青少年;访谈之前,由所有研究对象独立自评完成IAD-DQ。结果:自评IAD-DQ中文版的Cronbachα系数为0.817;诊断灵敏度(95%CI)为0.248(0.181,0.306),特异度(95%CI)为0.940(0.898,0.965)和Kappa(95%CI)为0.214(0.122,0.306)。结论:通行版本的自评IAD-DQ中文版的信度满意,但以5分为界值诊断效度偏低,未来的网络成瘾研究应谨慎使用该量表。

Objective：To assess the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of self - rating Young＇s Diagnostic Questionnaire of Internet Addiction （IAD - DQ）, which has been widely used in China. Methods：Adolescents with complaints about Internet misuse from Wuhan psychiatric hospital were administered with a selfrating IAD -DQ, then they and their parents were interviewed with a psychiatrist - administered IAD - DQ （ gold standard）, the same procedures were applied to adolescents with somatic diseases from general hospitals. By using these approaches, 125 IA adolescents and 200 non - IA adolescents were diagnosed. Results：The Cronbach ot coefficient of self - rating was 0. 817; the diagnostic sensitivity （95% CI）, specificity （95% CI） and Kappa （95% CI） were 0. 248 （0. 181, 0. 306）, 0. 940 （0. 898, 0. 965） and 0. 214 （0. 122, 0. 306）, respectively. Conclusion： The most frequently used Chinese version of selfrating IAD - DQ has good reliability, but the diagnostic validity with a diagnostic threshold of five, is very low. Future IA studies should be cautious to adopt IAD -DQ.
