摘要
辐射对生物体具有极大的危害,电离辐射线可直接作用于DNA、蛋白质、脂质等生物大分子物质,引起分子电离激发及化学键断裂,从而破坏分子及细胞结构,同时,也可以促使机体内水分子电离激发,产生大量具有强氧化性的自由基,间接促使组织细胞变性、坏死,进而导致一系列的机体功能障碍。研究发现黄酮类化合物具有明显的辐射损伤防护作用,从保护DNA、免疫系统、造血系统、清除自由基、抗氧化等方面对黄酮类化合物的辐射防护作用进行了阐述。
Ionizing radiation has a considerable damage to the organism, it can directly act on DNA, proteins, lipids and so on, causing ionization excited and breaking chemical bonds, and this process can make the molecular and cell's structure destruction. Ionizing radiation can also act on the body of water molecules and make it to hydrolyze, resulting in a large number of free radicals with strong oxidation. This process indirectly leads to tissue degeneration, necrosis, which can result in metabolism disorder. This article reviews flavonoids' effects against ionizing radiation. The effects may be related to protection of DNA, anti-immune injury, protection of hematopoietic system, scavenging of free radicals and so on.
