摘要
对聚乙二醇-硫酸铵双水相体系直接从螺旋藻破碎液中萃取藻蓝蛋白的技术进行了研究。结果表明,对于藻蓝蛋白含量为0.282mg/mL的螺旋藻细胞破碎液,10%PEG2000与20%的硫酸铵双水相体系萃取藻蓝蛋白的效果最佳,经2次萃取,藻蓝蛋白总萃取率为96.1,藻蓝蛋白纯度达到1.2。
The technology of extracting C-phycocyanin from Spirulina by using a aqueous two-phase system composed of PEG and ammonium sulfate was studied in this paper. The results showed that the optimum conditions of extraction were 10 percent of PEG2000 and 20 percent of (NH4)2SO4. The total extraction rate of C-phycocyanin was reached to 96.1 percent and the purity of C-phycocyanin was as high as 1.2.
