摘要
我国 CRT制造业正在应用环保洗剂替代对大气和环境有害的三氯乙烷及三氯乙烯 ,本文阐述了在彩管生产线用水系碱清洗剂来清洗管内金属零部件的思路及方法 ,并介绍了油污清洗平衡浓度原理和应用 ,以及系统构成及控制运行成本和洗净水平。
In our country,we are replacing thrichloroethane and thrichlorothylene degreaser,which harm to atmosphere,with harmless degreaser in the CRT manufacture.This paper introduces the method to clean the metal parts in the tube by aqueous alkali detergent and the use of equilibrium concentration principium of oilstain cleaning in design.As well as the structure of system,control of product cost,and the level of cleaning.
