Determination of Water Colority Based on Spectrum and Calculation of Color Difference

摘要 为了更加准确方便的测定水质色度,基于水质色度测定国家标准(GB/T11903-1989),采用光谱学与色度学计算方法,研究色差与铂钴比色法色度、稀释倍数法倍数之间的相关性,建立了相关性方程。研究结果表明:色差与色度、倍数都有良好的相关性,通过采集水样可见区吸收光谱数据,经色差计算即可获得水样色度或倍数。进一步,以色差作为中间关系量,建立了色度与稀释倍数的转换关系式,方便单位转换统一。利用光谱及色差计算测定水质色度的方法,系统定标后就无需标准溶液,待测溶液颜色也不受限制,并且避免人为主观判断误差,更准确、更可靠。 In order to more accurately and conveniently determine water colority,based on the national standards for the determination of water colority (GB/T 11903-1989), the correlation between the color difference and the colority of platinum-cobalt method and the multiple of dilution multiple method were studied and obtained by spectroscopy and the calculation method of chromaticity, and the correlation equation was established. The experiment results showed that the relations between the color difference and the colority the multiple were well. The colority and dilution multiple of water sample can be obtained through the calculation of the color difference value based on the visible region spectral absorption data of water sample. Further, the converted relation between the colority and the dilution multiple was established with the color difference as relationship among quantity, and it was convenience to change and unify the unit. Applying the method based on spectrum and the calculation of the color difference, the calibrated system no longer needed the standard solutions,and the measured solution infinitized. This method can avoid the errors caused by personal subjective judgment which is more accurate and more reliable.
