原子吸收光谱法测定木芙蓉叶中的7种金属元素 被引量:2

Determination of Seven Metallic Elements in Leaves of Hibiscus mutabilis L. by Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 利用原子吸收光谱法测定了木芙蓉叶中的Cu、Fe、Zn、Ni、Pb、Cd、Cr等7种金属元素的含量,并比较了不同地区的木芙蓉叶中金属元素的含量。研究结果表明,方法准确灵敏,相对标准偏差为1.81%—4.64%,回收率为95.0%—109.8%。木芙蓉叶中7种金属元素含量差异显著,其中Fe和Zn的含量较高,Cu,Ni,Pb次之,Cd和Cr最低。 The contents of seven metallic elements including Cu,Fe,Zn,Ni,Pb,Cd and Cr in the leaves of Etibiscus mutabilis L. were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry, At the same time, the contents of seven metallic elements of leaves of Hibiscus mutabilis L. were determined from different areas. The result showed that the method was accurate and sensitive,the recoveries were 95.0%--109. 8% ,and RSD was 1.81%-4.64%. There are significant difference in the contents of seven metallic elements of the leaves of Hibiscus mutabilis L.. The highest contents elements were Fe and Zn, then Cu, Ni, Pb were second,Cr and Cd were lowest.
