角果毛茛中微量元素的测定 被引量:1

Determination of Trace Elements in Ceratocephalus orthoceras DC.

摘要 分析角果毛茛中的无机元素,为角果毛茛的合理药用提供依据。以伊犁地区产角果毛茛为研究对象,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法分别测定角果毛茛的根、茎、花、果实中Ca、Zn、Mg、Na、Fe、Cu的含量,紫外-可见分光光度法测定P含量。结果表明,叶和茎部位的微量元素总含量大于果实部位,含量最多的微量元素是Ca和P,其次是Na、Fe、Mg、Zn、Cu。7种微量元素校准曲线相关系数在0.9985—0.9999之间,加标回收率在91.3%—105.3%之间,RSD小于1%。 The inorganic elements in the Ceratocephalus orthoceras DC. were analyzed, that provide the basis for reasonable offcinal of Ceratocephalus orthoceras DC.. The contents of Zn, Mg, Ca, Cu, Fe, Na in roots, stems, flowers and fruits in Ceratocephalus orthoceras DC. were respectively detemined by flame atom absorption spectrophotometry(FAAS) ,and the content of P was determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry. The total contents of trace elements in leaves and stems were larger than those in fruits, and the highest contents of the trace elements were Ca and P,the Na,Fe, Mg, Zn and Cu were second. The standard curve correlation coefficients of 7 kind trace elements were in the range of 0. 9985--0. 9999, and the recoveries were 91. 3%--105. 3%, and the relative standard deviations(RSDs) were less than 1%.
