摘要
运用电感耦合等离子体光谱仪(ICPS)、原子荧光光谱仪(AFS)、电感耦合等离子体-质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定"君西"生品、水淬品、酒淬品、酸酪淬品的Al、Ca、Fe、K、Na、Mg、Zn、Cu、Pb、As、Hg含量,测定结果显示,君西不同炮制品间微量元素Al、Ca、Fe、K、Na等存在明显差异,说明炮制过程对君西微量元素成分产生了重要影响。
The contents of A1, Ca, Fe, K, Na, Mg, Zn, Cu, Pb, As, Hg in different processed products of "Junxi" (crude Junxi,water quenching Junxi,liquor quenching Junxi,yoghurt quenching Junxi ) were determined by inductively coupled plasma spectrometer (ICPS), atomic fluorescence spectrometer ( AFS ), inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). There were considerable differences in the contents of trace elements AI, Ca, Fe, K, Na in different processed products, and indicated that the processing procedure had great influences on contents of trace elements in "Junzi".
