摘要
探讨金属元素与蓄、猪苓等中医临床常用的利尿通淋类中药作用的物质基础之间的关系;采用王水对蓄、猪苓等利尿类中药进行消解,用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定药材中金属元素的含量。通过金属元素含量与利尿类中药利尿作用强弱的对比研究,探讨中药材的利尿功效与其所含元素含量的关联。7种利尿中药材中含所测定元素的总量依次为:盐车前子、泽泻、猪苓、地肤子、蓄、赤小豆、茯苓;利尿类中药的利尿作用可能与其所含的Na、Ca、Mg元素部分相关。
The relationships between metal elements and material base of diuresis and treating stranguria traditional Chinese medicine（polygonum aviculare,grifola etc. medicine traditional Chinese medical clinical） were investigated. The polygonum aviculare, grifola etc. diuretic Chinese herbal medicine were digested by aqua regia,and the contents of metal elements in medicine were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry（FAAS）. Through comparison and study on the contents of metal elements and diuretic effects of the diuretic Chinese herbal medicine, the relevances of diuretic efficacy of medicine with the contents of elementswere discussed. The total amounts of the determined elements in 7 kind of diuretic Chinese herbal medicine ordered as follows： plantain seed, rhizome alismatis, grifola, belvedere fruit, polygonum aviculare, red bean, Tuckahoe. There were the partial relationship between diuretic effects of the diuretic Chinese herbal medicine and the contained Na, Ca, Mg elements.
