摘要
测定深裂竹根七中Cu、Zn、Cr和Mo4种金属元素的含量。采用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法对深裂竹根七药用部位中Cu、Zn、Cr和Mo元素的含量进行测定。所建立的校准曲线相关系数r>0.9990,精密度实验RSD分别为1.3%—2.8%,重复性实验RSD分别为2.2%—2.9%,加标回收率91.0%—109.0%;方法简便快速,结果准确可靠,可用于深裂竹根七中Cu、Zn、Cr和Mo元素的含量测定。
The contents of 4 kind of metal elements including Cu,Zn,Cr and Mo in Disporopsis pernyi(Hua) Diels were determined. The contents of Cu, Zn,Cr and Mo in the officinal parts of Disporopsis pernyi (Hua) Diels were detemined by air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). The correlation coefficient of standard curve was greater than 0. 9990. The accuracies of the precision experiment were between 1.3% and 2.8 %, while RSD of repeatability experiment were in the range of 2.2;--2.9% ,and the recoveries were from 91.0% to 109.0%. The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be applied to determination of the contents of Cu. Zn. Cr and Mo in Disporopsis pern yi (Hua ) Diels.
