十八胺缩水杨醛席夫碱过渡金属配合物的合成、表征及抑菌活性 被引量:2

Synthesis and Characterization of Transition Metal Complexes with Schiff Base Octadecylamine Salicydehyde and Evaluation of Their Antibacterial Activity

摘要 通过选用十八胺与水杨醛缩合形成十八胺缩水杨醛席夫碱,合成出4种过渡金属席夫碱配合物。利用元素分析、红外光谱、摩尔电导、紫外光谱、荧光光谱测定了其组成和结构。利用生物活性实验测定其抑菌活性,结果表明4种配合物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用。 The four kind of transition metal oct-sal schiff base complexes were synthesized by octadecylamine and salicydehyde. The compositions and structures of the products were analyzed through elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, Molar conductance, UV-Vis spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy. The antibacterial activity of the ligand and the complexes was evaluated by conducting biological activity tests. The results show that four kind of eomplexes were able to inhibit staphylococcus, escherichia coli, bacillus subtilis to varied extents.
