微波消解-ICP-MS测定土壤标准样品中的锂、铍、铊和锡 被引量:8

Determination of Lithium,Beryllium,Thallium and Stannum in Soil Standard Samples by ICP-MS with Microwave Digestion

摘要 建立了高压微波消解土壤,电感耦合等离子体-质谱法(ICP-MS)检测国家土壤标准样品中的铍、铊、锡和锂的方法。用外标法定量,与传统的内标定量法比较,该法具有简便快速,应用范围广的优点。测定结果表明,该法检测结果准确度高,精密度好。 A method was established for the determination of some metal elements including lithium,beryllium,thallium and stannum in soil standard samples by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) with high pressure microwave digestion of soil. Compared with the traditional interior standard quantitative method,the external standard quantitative method is simple,rapid with wide application range. The determined results showed that the detection results of method had high accuracy and good precision.
