摘要
建立了微波消解样品,ICP-AES光谱仪测定锰铁中磷含量的方法。通过实验确定了微波消解试样及分析的各种参数,实验结果通过与国家标准物质比对,取得了满意的效果。线性相关系数>0.9990,检出限为0.0030%。分析方法准确快速,试剂用量少,适用于低碳、中碳及高碳锰铁中磷的测定。
The method for determination of the content of phosphorus in ferromanganese by ICP-AES with microwave digestion was established. The various parameters of microwave digestion and analysis of samples were identified by experiment, and the satisfying results were obtained by comparison with national standard material. The linear correlation coefficient was above 0. 9990,and the detection limit was 0. 0030M. The analytical method is accurate and fast with fewer solvents,and is suitable to determine phosphorus in low carbon,medium carbon and high carbon ferromanganese.
