摘要
通过微波消解技术和干式灰化法对黑心菊不同部位(茎、花、叶)进行处理,采用原子荧光光谱法(AFS)对黑心菊中的无机元素As和Se的含量进行测定,讨论了As和Se在黑心菊不同部位(茎、花、叶)含量的比较。结果发现3个部位As的含量顺序为:黑心菊叶>黑心菊茎>黑心菊花,Se的含量顺序为:黑心菊花>黑心菊茎>黑心菊叶。
The different parts of Rudbeckia hirta (stems, flowers, leaves) were treated by microwave digestion technique and dry ashing method,and the contents of inorganic elements arsenic and selenium in Rudbeckia hirta were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS). And contents of arsenic and selenium in different parts of Rudbeckia hirta were compared. The results showed that the order of arsenic contents in the three parts was Rudbeckia hirta leaves〉Rudbeckia hirta stems〉Rudbeckia hirta flowers, and the order of Se contents was Rudbeckia hirta flowers〉 Rudbeckia hirta stems〉 Rudbeckia hirta leaves.
