摘要
用紫外分光光度计研究了中性红(NR)与β-环糊精(β-CD)的相互作用。结果显示酸性条件下二者以1:1形成包结物,条件常数为7.31×102L/moL。8-苯胺-1-萘磺酸(ANS)可以置换β-CD中包结的NR,使之释放。
The interaction of nature red （NR） with β-cyclodextrin （β-CD） was studied by UV spectrophotomter. The results showed that mole ratio of NR to/9-CD was 1.1 to form complex and conditional constant was 7. 31 × 10^2L/tool. 8-Anilino-l-naphthalenesulfonic acid （ANS） can release NR from the produced complex by substitution.
