电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法测定粉煤灰中的镓 被引量:4

Determination of Gallium in Fly Ash by ICP-AES

摘要 采用硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸混合酸分解粉煤灰样品,以电感耦合等离子体-原发射光谱法测定粉煤灰中镓含量。探讨硝酸和氢氟酸的用量,溶解温度及引入盐酸溶样对测定镓含量的影响。该法具有操作简单、灵敏度高、重现性好等优点,回收率为94.45%—105.40%,方法的精密度RSD为3.1%。 The fly ash sample was dissolved by a mixed acid composed of HNO3,HF and HClO4, and the content of gallium was determined by ICP-AES. The influences of amount of HN03 and HF, solution temperature and the adding of HCl in dissolving the sample on determination of gallium were discussed. This method has advantages of simple operation, high sensitivity, good reproducibility and so on,with recoveries from 94.45% to 105.40% and RSD of 3.1%.
