脑电图在病毒性脑炎诊断及判断预后中的应用

目的探讨脑电图检查在病毒性脑炎中诊断及预后的应用价值。方法对2009年3月至2011年11月收治的69例病毒性脑炎患者脑电图结果进行回顾性分析。结果 69例病毒性脑炎患者中,异常64例(92.8%)。其中轻度异常27例(42.2%),中度异常31例(48.4%),重度异常6例(9.4%)。无精神症状出现者,多表现为轻度异常。脑部症状出现者多表现为中-重度异常。轻-中度异常58例脑电图全部恢复正常治愈出院,6例重度异常预后不良。结论病毒性脑炎的脑电图异常率较高,可用于早期诊断,其异常脑电活动改变及转归与临床病情及预后有较高的一致性,可用来指导临床治疗及判断预后。

Objective To investigate the value of the EEG in the diagnosis and prognosis of viral encephalitis. Methods EEG results of sixtynine cases of viral encephalitis which admitted to hospital in March 2009 and November 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Resluts 69 cases of patients with viral encephalitis, 64 cases （92.8%） were abnormal.27 cases （42.2%） were mildly abnormal, 31 cases （48.4%） were smoderately abnormal, 6 cases （9.4%） were evere abnormalities. The spirit of the onset of symptoms, and more abnormal, who manifested a severe abnormal brain symptoms. Light - moderate abnormal EEG of 58 cases all hack to normal cured, six cases of severe abnormalities with poor prognosis. Conclusion Viral encephalitis abnormal EEG high rate can be applied to early diagnosis. There be high consistency among the viral encephalitis, abnormal brain Electrical activity changes and clinical outcome.It should be used to guide clinical treatment and prognosis.
