康复新液治疗口腔正畸患儿慢性牙龈炎的临床疗效

目的康复新液在医治口腔正畸小儿慢性牙龈炎的整体疗效,探查医治口腔正畸小儿慢性牙龈炎的显效方法。方法将正畸慢性牙龈炎患儿100名随机分为对照组和试验组,试验组中50例患者采用牙龈清洁术配合康复新液医治,对照组50例只采取牙龈清洁术除用其他药物,于治疗前后各一周分别查看疼痛程度和炎症红肿程度,并做统计学分析。结果与对照组相比,试验组牙龈出血量减少,疼痛度及肿胀度均减轻。整体疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论康复新液对治疗正畸儿童慢性牙龈炎疗效显著,是临床治疗的理想药物。

Objective Purpose is to check the overall curative effect for the kangfuxin liquid on the Orthodontic treatment of pediatric chronic gingivitis and explore the effective method for orthodontic treatment of pediatric chronic gingivitis. Methods Divide 100 Children patients with orthodontic treatment of pediatric chronic gingivitis into the control group and experimental group. And the 50 patients in experimental group are cured by the gum cleaning operation with the Kangfuxin liquid, and the 50 patients in the control group are cured by gum cleaning operation only without any other medicine. Results The result on the degree of pain and inflammatory swelling for one week before and after treatment shows that： Compared to the control group, the bleeding gums and the degree of pain and inflammatory swelling for experimental group are less. The difference of overall curative effect has statistical significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid has significant meaning for orthodontic treatment of pediatric chronic gingivitis, and is a kind of ideal drug for clinical efficacy.
