下腰椎退行性病变手术治疗临床数据库构建探讨

目的构建下腰椎退行性病变手术治疗临床数据库,为下腰椎退行性病变患者的手术治疗提供参考。方法选取2002年12月～2009年12月广东省中山市港口医院骨科收治的下腰椎退行性病变患者420例,能够完整随访382例。分析患者的基本信息、手术方案、随访记录等,进行JOA评估。结果不同手术类型比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中半椎板切除术与椎弓根内固定术差异显著(P<0.01)。结论下腰椎退行性病变的发生与患者年龄有关,JOA评分系统在预测腰椎手术治疗效果及预后方面有一定意义。

Objective To constructing the lower lumbar spine surgery clinical database regression change, for the lower lumbar spine surgery patients become retreat to provide the reference. Methods In December 2002 to December 2009 in our hospital during surgery under treatment degeneratie lumbar spine in 420 cases,382 cases were able to complete, and analyzes the basic information of the patients, surgical programmed, follow-up record, JOA evaluation.According to the different types of surgery, age and follow-up total time, the calculation of the postoperative recovery JOA score and the improvement rate. Results The operation results show that different types of significantly （P〈0.05）, of which half lamina resection with pediele fixation, there exists significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The lower lumbar spine degeneration of the occurrence and patients age have a very significant relationship, JOA scoring system in the prediction of lumbar spine surgery treatment effect and prognosis have a meaning.
