胰岛素增敏剂治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果研究

目的探究胰岛素增敏剂治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法收集自2010年12月～2011年12月收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者80位,将其随机均分为2组,对照组40例患者采用枸橼酸氯米芬、戊酸雌二醇片、妈富隆联合治疗,实验组患者40例在对照组基础上加用胰岛素增敏剂。治疗持续6个月,检测治疗前后的激素水平和B超卵巢形态,计算治疗有效率。结果实验组治疗后在月经后第6d的血清激素卵泡刺激素、促黄体生成素、雄烯二酮、胰岛素抵抗指数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),雌二醇和孕酮差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后疗效评定,实验组治疗有效率为82.5%,排卵率62.5%(25/40),妊娠率30%(12/40),高于对照组的65%、45%(18/40)、17.5%(7/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素增敏剂能提高常规西药对多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效,具有安全、高效的特点。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the treamtment of insulin sensitizers for polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 80 patients of polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups： 40 in Control Group （GC） were treated with clomiphene, Estradiol valerate tablets, birth control pills; 40 cases of the Experimental Group （GE） got extra insulin sensitizers for treatment. The treatment continued for 6 months and then checked out hormone levels and th ovarian morphology through B-type ultrasonography, calculated of treatment efficiency. Results Hormone levels of the groups： the GE date including FSH, LH, A and Homa IR was superior than the GC（P〈0.05）, except E2 and T （P〉0.05）; the effective rate of the GE was 82.5%, ovulation rate was 62.5% （25/40）, pregnancy rate was 30% （12/40）, which were higher than it in GC： 65%, 45% （18/40）, 17.5% （7/40） （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Insulin sensitizers can improve the clinical efficacy of conventional Western medicine for polycystic ovary syndrome, with safe and efficient.
