临时外支架使用掌侧锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端骨折

目的探讨在掌侧锁定钢板治疗不稳定桡骨远端骨折中临时使用外支架的方法及疗效。方法在58例不稳定桡骨远端骨折患者在进行锁定加压钢板内固定术前临时使用外支架撑开牵引复位。结果经过平均11.2个月随访按照Dienst功能评分标准,优46例,良7例,可5例,优良率91%。结论掌侧锁定加压钢板内固定不稳定桡骨远端骨折术前临时使用外支架撑开牵引复位操作简便,手术时间短,疗效满意。

Objective To investigate the surgical treatment and clinical effects of treatment of unstable fracture of the distal radius with volar locking compression steel plate union temporary application of outside fixed support. Methods Fifty-eight cases with unstable fracture of the distal radius were used LCP internal fixation union outside fixed support temorary. Results All case were followed up for averaging 11.2 months, According to the Dienst scores： excellent in 46 cases, good in 7 cases and fair in 5 cases, the excellent and good rate was 91%. Conclusion Treatment of unstable fracture of the distal radius with volar locking compression steel plate union temporary application of outside fixed support can chieve a good outcome with simple and short time of operatrons.
